Internet Facilitators Ltd (IFL), now TelecityGroup providers of Business Class Data Centres and colocation solutions, have signed a three year colocation contract with Civica, experts in software-based solutions that help organisations improve service delivery to their communities.
A market leader in providing consulting, software and managed services to the public sector and regulated services, Civica supply over 1,800 customers in the UK, Australia, Asia Pacific and the USA.
Under the contract, IFL, now TelecityGroup will provide Civica with a secure dedicated suite at Reynolds House, Manchester. Redundant power feeds and high capacity cooling infrastructure is provided within the suite to accommodate multiple high density server racks. The contract also includes on-site technical support services to assist in the gradual migration of critical servers from other data centre locations, and guaranteed space and power capacity for future expansion.
Our carrier neutral approach to connectivity enables Civica to select from multiple Tier1 network providers, ensuring diverse connectivity to protect their clients from network downtime.
